Do I have to make an appointment to try on the dresses?
Often, we operate outside normal shop hours, we are open when school and work is more likely to be finished. We aim to provide the absolute best service we can so, we are available 6 evenings and seven days a week. Often due to high demand are changing rooms are fully booked, so it is really important that you book first. Booking an appointment is really easy, our full diary and availability is online. Just hit the book my appointment Tab. We do not charge for appointments.
Do you hire Dresses?
All our dresses are available to buy from the boutique, to maintain a high standard of quality we are unable to provide a hire service, nor can we buy back your dress.
Do you offer Exclusivity to my dress?
For Prom – it is our aim not to sell the same style of dress into the same prom. We keep a register of all dresses sold and where they are to be worn, it is our best kept secret. Even if the dress is available in different colours we aim not to sell the same style code. We cannot guarantee another prom girl will not be wearing your dress at your prom which she bought from another Retailer and we cannot be held responsible if this happens. In the unlikely event that this did happen we would not be able to refund or exchange your purchase.
Do you have a payment plan facility?
If you shop early enough, we will help you to spread the cost of your purchase, normally a 50% deposit is required. Another advantage to shopping early is you have full access to the whole collection, before many other prom girls.
Do you reserve dresses?
We are not able to reserve dresses, however you can secure your dress with a deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.
Can you order a dress specially for me?
We aim to sell from the boutique but we are able to order dresses for you. In this instance, we will guide you during sizing, however ultimately, we cannot be held responsible should a dress not fit correctly and in this unlikely event we cannot refund or exchange. We have an excellent team of amazing seamstresses who can help with alterations. We are also unable to cancel ‘special orders’.
What is your Returns Policy?
An Overview- We offer a one to one appointment service to ensure you have the time assistance and opportunity to try on many dresses with no obligation to buy unless you chose to. If you change your mind, or no longer require your dress, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange.
Do you do the alterations?
We have an amazing and talented team of seamstresses, once you have bought and paid for your dress in full, we will put you in touch with these wonderful ladies so that you can work direct with them and a time which suits you both.
Do I need to book an appointment to just collect my dress?
If you have a dress with us on a payment schedule or special order please book a gown collection appointment.
