  • Exclusive use of one changing room
  • A dedicated member of staff with a wide and in depth knowledge of our dresses, and of course a passion to help you

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Should I take my makeup off for my appointment?

    We do appreciate it if you come with minimal make-up and please no fake tan!

  • I am unable to attend a daytime appointment.

    We are open on Saturdays and Sundays, and as late as 8pm for after-school appointments (subject to availability)



  • Do I have to make an appointment?

    Often due to high demand, our changing rooms are fully booked, so it is really important that you book first.  Booking  an appointment is really easy, our full diary and availability is online. Just hit the 'Book Now' button. 

  • Do you hire dresses?

    All our dresses are available to buy from the boutique, to maintain a high standard of quality we are unable to provide a hire service, nor can we buy back your dress.

  • Do you offer exclusivity to my dress?

    • Yes! It is our aim not to sell the same style of dress to the same event. 
    • We keep a register of all dresses sold and where they are to be worn.
    • Even if the dress is available in different colours, we aim not to sell the same style code.  
    • We cannot guarantee another prom girl will not be wearing your dress at your prom purchased from another retailer, and we cannot be held responsible if this happens.
    • In the unlikely event that this did happen we would not be able to refund or exchange your purchase.

  • Do you reserve dresses?

    We are not able to reserve dresses.

  • Can you order a dress specially for me?

    We sell both from the rail and place orders on certain styles.

     If we are to order you a dress, we will guide you through sizing, however, we cannot be held responsible should a dress not fit correctly, and in this unlikely event, we cannot refund or exchange.

  • What is your Returns Policy?

    We offer a one to one appointment service to ensure you have the time assistance and opportunity to try on many dresses with no obligation to buy unless you chose to.  If you change your mind, or no longer require your dress, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange.

  • Do you do the alterations?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer a seamstress service. However, we are happy to recommend some experienced seamstresses.

    Please note, we are not responsible or liable for the work, services, or outcomes provided by any third-party professionals we recommend. 

  • Do I need to book an appointment to collect my dress?

    Yes! Please book a 'Collect my Dress' appointment via the 'Book Now' button.
